A:ra

Il lavoro di A:Ra è incentrato sulla ricerca del beat e il low end, una destrutturazione ricostruita in base al background e alla passione per la bass music.
Il progetto viene ideato da Francesco Fantini nel novembre 2010, nel periodo della preparazione del progetto multimedia “Zeitgeist” con il regista Carlos Casas e Utku Tavil per Club To Club “The X Superstition”.
Poche settimane dopo l’esordio nei club underground di Istanbul, si esibirà a “RAI Nuova Musica, The Future Sound Of Classical”. Nel giugno 2011 si esibisce a Club To Club Istanbul, al Tamirane in apertura per Kode 9.
“Paper and Cherries” ha vinto il Premio della Critica al “Jazz Re:Found Vercelli Music Art Festival 2011” partecipando alla manifestazione il 25 Giugno, aprendo ad AD Bourke.
Attualmente A:RA è coinvolto nel progetto “O” con i producers Vaghe Stelle e Stargate, la cui anteprima è stata in occasione di Club To Club 2011.

The work of A:Ra is focused on the beat and the low end research, a deconstruction rebuilt according to his background and passion for bass music.
The project was designed by Francesco Fantini in November 2010, during the preparation of the multimedia project “Zeitgeist” with director Carlos Casas and Utku Tavil Club to Club “the X Superstition”.
A few weeks later after his debut in the underground clubs of Istanbul, performed in “RAI New Music, The Future Sound Of Classical”. In June 2011 performed at Club To Club Istanbul, in the opening set for Kode 9.
“Paper and Cherries” won the “Premio della Critica” at the “Jazz Re: Found Vercelli Music Art Festival 2011″ by participating at the event on June 25th, opening to AD Bourke.
Currently A: RA is involved with the “O” project with producers Stargate and Vaghe Stelle, whose premiere was at Club To Club 2011.
