Insectarium di Rudi Punzo è un’installazione site-specific di insetti fotovoltaici, un mini Insectarium di rutilanti e frenetici ‘scarafoni’ e cicale elettronici che interagiscono con movimenti e suoni alla presenza del pubblico, per ricordarci che siamo circondati e sommersi dall’energia pulita della Natura e che dovremmo regolare i nostri comportamenti secondo le esigenze della natura stessa e non dei nostri effimeri bisogni.

Insectarium by Rudi Punzo is a site-specific installation made of photovoltaical mechanical insects that will interact with the presence of the passers: a micro-zoo of frenzy and frantic electronic ‘roaches’ and ‘cicadas’ to remind us that we are surrounded and overwhelmed by the clean energy of the Nature: we should adjust our behavior according to the needs of the Nature not to our ephemeral ones.
