Luomo aka Vladislav Delay, Sistol, Uusitalo… sotto una serie pseudonimi, l’artista finlandese Sasu Ripatti ha sperimentato con l’ambient, il broken beat, il glitch così come con i grooves e la house music intrisa di voce soul, ha lavorato con Scissor Sisters, Black Dice, Apparat, Craig Armstrong, Massive Attack, Robert Owens, Ryuichi Sakamoto e Towa Tei. Luomo è il volto pop sperimentale di Sasu, che si estende tra la techno, la house e la disco music. Con la creazione del progetto Luomo, quest’inventore e pioniere di un sound oggi conosciuto come “microhouse”, vangando da qualche parte nei cieli del dub, ha toccato molti cuori con le sue geniali produzioni.

Luomo is the experimental pop face of Sasu, stretching lines between techno, house and disco. By the creation of his “Luomo” project, he has been pointed as the inventor & pioneer of a sound we now refer to as “microhouse” wandering somewhere through the dub heavens, has touched many hearts with his truly brilliant productions.
